Brief Biography — Dr. Adrian Joseph

Dr. Tawfiq Adrian Joseph is an established public servant, business entrepreneur, and community advocate whose career spans diplomacy, governance, and national development. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Global Business from Keiser University, as well as a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Project Management respectively, complemented by advanced Diploma training in leadership and international relations.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Joseph has served Grenada in several senior capacities, including his tenure as Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2024, where he played a key role in state diplomacy, institutional coordination, and international engagement.

In August 2024, he joined the Parliament of Grenada, and in November 2025 he assumed the office of Acting Clerk of Parliament. In this role, he continues to contribute to the strengthening of parliamentary governance, procedural integrity, and institutional leadership.

Beyond his formal responsibilities, Dr. Joseph remains deeply committed to philanthropy and community engagement across the State of Grenada, with particular focus on the Grand Mal area and surrounding communities. He is a strong advocate for the underprivileged and those less fortunate, viewing his work as part of a broader duty to serve as a voice for the voiceless. His journey continues to be guided by service, humility, and a steadfast commitment to national progress.
